Evo Gamechangers™ combines the essential pillars of performance with unleashing the inner drive for excellence and the character traits necessary to perpetuate leadership.

The objective of Evo Gamechangers™ is to provide a robust but flexible framework for the development of a range of life-skills and competencies which generally are grouped together under the concept of ‘emotional and social intelligence’ (ESI).

The entry point of Evo Gamechangers™ is the 4 Pillars of Performance: self-awareness, social awareness, relationship management and self-management.

Using this as a springboard, our students move on to embrace the 7 Languages of Excellence. Great people exude excellence, and this correlates to a set of values and standards which guide their behavior.

Through extensive research, we have identified 12 primary factors associated with a culture of purpose and legacy-building.
